You are an inspirational people leader with experience and passion in delivering OSH and Injury Management services. You have a balanced focus on strategy and operations and can provide clarity and direction for the OSH & Injury Management service aligned to the broader business context and goals. You will have a solution focussed approach and demonstrated experience in Stakeholder management and Team Leadership. About the Role
As a key leadership position within the Serco team, this role is a hands-on position responsible for leading and delivering the HRMS (Human Resource Managed Service) OSH and Injury Management services for Fiona Stanley Hospital in accordance with contractual requirements, relevant standards and best practice. You will lead a well-established team of professionals in support and delivery of services to Department of Health Employees.
What we’re looking for:
The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline/s
Significant experience in delivering safety, health and workplace rehabilitation / injury management programs with established professional networks in a relevant industry
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of statutory legislation, compliance standards, practices and procedures
Demonstrated background in budget management and financial understanding
Proven leadership qualities with the ability to influence, coach, delegate and think clearly under pressure
Highly developed Stakeholder management skills
Sound business acumen and a track record of delivering value-add impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Lead Auditor Qualifications
Experience working in a healthcare or hospital environment
