About the Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Officer you will undertake required tasks for both planned and preventative maintenance within the Estates Team. You will be responsible for a day to day response to identify effects and carry out necessary repairs to plant and equipment within the whole site.
What we’re looking for:
The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
Trade, or relevant qualification or equivalent experience within either a building, mechanical or electrical trade environment
Demonstrated experience in a similar role
Ability to work on own initiative and without close supervision
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and stakeholder management skills.
Strong relationship and communication skills as you will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders
