Front desk administrator needed ASAP for 6 month contract in Perth CBD
Your new company
A well established, trusted construction firm of both residential and commercial build's are seeking an experienced, front desk administrator to join their team to work alongside passionate individuals that pride themselves on delivering outstanding customer service.
Your new role
You will work with in a small team based in Osbourne park. Duties will include preparing tenders, formatting of documents, taking minutes in addition to all other aspects of administration in support of the smooth day to day running of the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have extensive experience in Excel, with the ability to create spread sheets, templates and conversion of PDF to word document's. You will have excellent customer service skills as well as time management with the ability to prioritise tasks whilst paying attention to detail.
