Community Lifestyle And Service Manager


About us:

As a Christian organisation, with a heritage of service spanning 160 years, we serve older people and those who are vulnerable or marginalised by providing a range of accommodation, care and community services.

About the role:

This new role will facilitate customer centric programs and initiatives across Castle Hill Villages, focussing on improving our service provision around transport, maintenance of common buildings and gardening. In addition, there will be further development of innovative lifestyle options for residents and on increasing vibrancy in community areas such as Lober House.

Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:

  • Draft and deliver a strategic plan on service offerings for our Castle Hill Villages
  • Develop and implement a strategy to rejuvenate retail offerings to meet the community needs and to ensure ongoing financial viability
  • Implement and support lifestyle initiatives across the site
  • Facilitate ongoing improvements to services such as:- Transport, IT Infrastructure, maintenance of common buildings and gardening

Skills, knowledge and experience needed:

  • Strong property Management or Services Management experience
  • Hands on customer service, with excellent complaints resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and
  • Solid organisational and project management skills
