The Performance and Governance section within the Business Outreach and Insights branch provides a comprehensive, integrated support model for staff delivering grants and services across AusIndustry and the Business Grants Hub.
The section works closely across policy, grant delivery and ICT areas to embed standard practices into day to day operations, including system and business processes. We are a multidisciplinary team responsible for ensuring that delivery areas are business ready for grants administration and training and educating our users.
We are seeking a Training Officer to assist with supporting, upskilling and formal training of departmental staff in both grants systems and business processes.The required skills and experience for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft SharePoint and/or Adobe Captivate will be looked upon favourably.
To be eligible for employment in the APS and the department, applicants must be Australian Citizens.
These positions require a Baseline security clearance. The successful applicants will be required to obtain and maintain a clearance at this level.
There is some flexibility on the location of the role however the preference is to be co-located with existing members of the team in either the Sydney or Canberra offices.
This recruitment process is being used to fill a non-ongoing APS Level 6 position. A merit pool may be established to fill future ongoing and non-ongoing APS Level 6 vacancies should they become available within 12 months form the date advertised.
