WordPress Customer Experience Specialist


You will be working as part of our customer onboarding and support team collaborating closely with both our QA team and developers to troubleshoot and resolve real time customer issues. You will be the clients’ first point of contact for any challenges they are facing and you will therefore be well placed to help suggest solutions that may shape the future of our product. The day to day will involve close contact and correspondence with customers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and troubleshooting any real time issues that come up.

As a small team, we each own our domains and you will have a significant impact on our customer user experience, our product and company as a whole.

You have solid technical skills, a strong background in WordPress and a passion for customer service excellence. You are a proactive problem solver, see the cup half full and approach challenges with a can-do attitude.

Requirements:

  • Full time availability
  • Time Zone Central/Mountain (UTC -8/-9/-10)
  • 5+ years of professional WordPress experience
  • 3+ years of customer support at a WordPress agency/WordPress managed hosting company
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Strong customer facing skills
  • Methodical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Experience with MySQL, SFTP
