We are a company located in the Moorabbin area, seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working office all rounder / admin & Sales assistant.

This job is suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and enjoys doing a variety of tasks.

Job Description

  • Data entry
  • Managing online orders
  • Invoicing / Organising dispatch
  • Customer Service (Showroom/ Online / Phone)
  • Sales/ Taking orders (In-house)
  • General Office duties/ Administration / Basic book keeping
  • Booking in freight pick ups
  • Cold calling new customers and building relationships with the customers
  • Additional Ad hoc office duties

Essential Skills

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft programs such as Excel
  • Familiar with Apple Mac Computer systems
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Fast typing speed
