Allied Health Standardisation Excel VBA
Created a consistent mass report generation system/template in ExcelVBA. Standardising the biggest HRT project (Allied) which has 10+ different reports, this tool improved report quality, client confidence andreport running times resulting in an increase in subscription revenue of about 20% the next year
SSRS Template Development
Recreated and redesigned a reusable SSRS report template, receiving positive client feedback this contributed to improving our Hospital KPI report subscriptions by about 10%.
Submission Status System Development
Improved reporting timeliness by designing and implementing a tracking system to follow up late submissions with the hospitals. Multiple systems were integrated including the subscription system, the data submission system and the importing system.
Patient Number Cleaner System Development
Reduced time taken to clean data which was previously done manuallyby creating an automatic system that matched numbers reporteddifferently in different data sets, e.g. 991 in one report appearing as 000991 in another. The system also recognised several synonyms andother number scenarios.
Mass Report Generation System in R
Contributed to the development of an in-house mass report generationtool based on R. Created a package of 5 reusable R pages, now used in over 30 different reports resulting in significant configuration timesavings and better formatting consistency for different products.

Recruited 9 talented individuals with drive and experience. Developed career plans and training programs to on-board the new staff eKciently. Three of these staff are considered potential future data team leaders.
Acting CIO
Acted as the Chief Information OKcer for 10 weeks, leading a team of 20 staff and managing a budget of ~$2m, the data team delivered on all client commitments, recruited 1 new analyst and developed 3 new reports during this period.
Data Importing System
Improved productivity of importer sta< from 3 – 4 submissions per day to up to 40 submission per day saving 2 – 3 FTE despite an increasing workload by co-implementing a more eKcient data mapping/quality audit tool which replaced a manual SQL based importing process.
