Key Result Areas:

  • Recruitment and Induction: Managing recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements in consultation with heads of different, functional and operational areas.
  • Conducting preliminary HR interviews, Scheduling, coordinating the interviews and obtaining feedback from the interviewers
  • Performance Appraisal Management: Initiating the performance appraisal process, coordinating with the heads of the departments in performance evaluation & goal-setting.
  • Training & Development Oversee programs for employee Training and Development and advise Management in identifying development needs and providing training opportunities
  • In charge of implementing of Learning Management System and Performance Automation. Conduct trainings in batches and one to ones with Manager and employees of business unit
  • Overtime, Attendance & Payroll: Monitor employee attendance, updating & intimating department heads on No-punch records for further actions.
  • Prepare final salary deduction list and sending warning memos to employees. Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation,
  • Receive Overtime details, calculating as per policies and processing along with payroll.
  • Updating employee salary details, costing codes & elements, deductions & adjustment entries and also final settlements.
  • Conduct investigations as needed to resolve attendance issues in cases of non-compliance regard to attendance.
  • Facilitate and support change efforts and champion employees’ needs in order to enhance employee satisfaction and strategic HR development.

Since May’2005: Empost, Dubai, U.A.E. as – Customer service Executive

Key Result Areas:

  • Coordinating between Customers, Bank and the field representatives.
  • Controlling the domestic logistics from Bank and ensuring that the Credit Cards/ATM is dispatched to the holders only
  • Updating the Bank on the status of the shipments in system and preparing a daily MIS report.
  • Solving customer issues/complaints.
  • Maintaining discipline and standards among team members.
  • Receiving, Importing, Printing the Data, Updating the Status of Consignments.
  • Preparing Daily Performance Report of couriers.
  • Usage & Maintenance of the PDA’s used by couriers.
